H. General provisionsTOP

ii. The owner should certify that in respect of the property under posting he has not entered into any sale agreement or any lease agreement or rental agreement with any person / agent.

In such cases it is for the owner/agent to deal with the tenant/lessee in an appropriate manner as deemed fit without involving this company.

ix. It is for the owner / agent to take appropriate action on the tenant / paying guest / lessee to get vacant possession of the property from them at the end of the period of tenancy / lease, or, to extend the tenancy / lease for a further period of time at his will and pleasure.

x. Estatebusinesstoday.com shall not liable or responsible for any disputes, cost conflicts. Rental advance refunds and any other problem persist in between Leasor and leasee/Tenant/PG.

xi. This company will never interfere in any way in the matter of refunding the advance either in full or in part to the tenant / paying guest when they vacate the rented property.

xii. Estatebusinesstoday.com shall not liable or responsible for misuse of facilities in the property, any damage of accessories, fixtures, equipments, furniture, electronics, building and misbehave caused by the leasee/Tenant/PG.

L. PaymentTOP

ii. Any delay in the payment by the User of any payment due under this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to charge nominal interest on the outstanding amount from the date the payment became due until the date of final payment by the User.
